Encouraging words

Know why buffalo wear ear muffs? - so they won't hear the discouraging words! (you know, 'Home on the Range', ha ha)

I've had a comment that someone wanted to leave a note of encouragement or inspiration for Melinda (and/or husband Glen who's running in the 10k) but was unsure how to proceed.

If you wish to do so, the simplest way is to provide a Comment to this post (anonymously if you wish), making sure that at the end, you press on the 'Post Comment' button.

  1. I'm pretty sure I shared this a while back - it's a poem that reminds me of the fantastic support I have always had from those around me.

Mo - as you face this unbelievable mental & physical challenge, remember that we're all running beside you, and we are there for you when it's toughest, and it feels like you can't make it.
